Yesterday, the Patient Service Relations team came together for a meaningful training focused on “Service With a Smile“.

It was an engaging session filled with insights, reflections, and new learnings.

By the end of the training, each participant shared their Commitment to Care where they wrote down their personal promises on how they can show genuine care to every patient we serve.
